Would I return here?

Yes! And likely it will the next time I go Tortuguero NP.

Likes

Of the 3 lodges I’ve visited in Tortuguero, this has the nicest rooms, best food, and possibly the best services and guides!

Dislikes

  • Because it is so much better than the others, it is probably the most expensive, but I think it is worth it!
  • They are not on the beach. The other two I visited before this are on the beach which is a nice extra for walks and scenery though I will not swim in the ocean. But the room & food usually outweigh the beach for me. 🙂
